Shipping & Returns
We endeavour to despatch all UK orders within 24 - 48 hours of the order being placed, however please allow 5 working days from the day of despatch for delivery of your goods to avoid disappointment. International orders may take longer. All Royal Mail postage options are available for you to select when placing your order. If you have specific or urgent delivery requirements please contact us to discuss further.
Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email (or telephone if possible). We can backorder and supply when back in stock, cancel the order or refund the item.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
All international deliveries are charged at cost price based on the weight of the goods ordered. To find out the cost of your delivery, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, proceed to the checkout and view the delivery charges (you will not be charged until you submit your card details). Please be aware that heavy items may increase the cost of overseas deliveries significantly. Delivery times are based on the carrier's quoted service and may vary.
Some goods may not be purchased in certain countries due to local laws and regulations or due to licensing rights. Please note that you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We regret that we are unable to ship flammable products abroad via airmail due to health and safety reasons.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We regret that in the best interest of all our customers, due to health and hygiene requirements, we are unable to exchange or accept return of edible goods, opened or unopened. The only exception is where goods are faulty or we have substituted edible products and you are not happy with the substitutions
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Customer Returns Process:
1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
2.) Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button
3.) In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
You will then see a message confirming that your return request has been submitted successfully and you will receive an email with more details of how to complete your return. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
