ODENSE MARZIPAN is a very high grade marzipan; an almond paste made from a blend of almonds. ODENSE MARZIPAN is an excellent choice for covering any cake and is also ideal for any marzipan modelling.

When rolling out ODENSE MARZIPAN try to do this at room temperature. Marzipan dries out quickly if left uncovered so be sure to re-wrap it or place in an airtight container for storage.

ODENSE MARZIPAN may be coloured by working in any liquid food colour - add this very gradually.

ODENSE MARZIPAN can be frozen for longer storage but make sure that it is completely thawed before use.
