Roll out INGRAM WHITE MARZIPAN at room temperature. Marzipan dries out quickly if left uncovered so be sure to re-wrap it or place in an airtight container for storage.

INGRAM WHITE MARZIPAN may be tinted or coloured by adding any liquid food colour - remember to add this very gradually; a little colour goes a very long way!

What many people do not realise is that INGRAM WHITE MARZIPAN can be frozen for longer storage but make sure that it is completely thawed before use.
