Colours

We have a large range of different colours for all of your sugarcraft needs: Sugarflair Food Colours are glycerine based, strong colours which are best used in sugarpaste (roll-out icing), marzipan, almond paste, petal paste, cream and buttercream. Petal Dust and Lustre Dusts are mainly used for dry dusting onto sugar flowers and leaves. The Gold Lustre Dusts are also excellent if you want to dry dust chocolate. Sugarflair Food Colours, Petal Dusts and Lustre Dusts can also be used as edible paint by mixing with Rejuvenator fluid. Sugartint Droplet colours are liquid and best used to colour royal icing. Cake Glitter is an edible glitter which comes in a vast range of colours. It adds an element of fun to your sugarcraft; you can use it on fairy cakes, muffins and biscuits. To use just paint the area to be "glittered" with an edible glue, then use a dry brush to pick up the glitter and gently flick the brush over the cake to get an even spread of glitter over the glued surface of the cake.
