We cater for the beginner and the experienced cake decorator and keep up to date with changes in cake decorating techniques.

Tins for sale and hire:  Heavy duty tins of most shapes and size.  Wilton novelty tins.  Pantastic cake moulds for microwave cooking or chocolate decorating.

Cake mixes:  Craigmillar madeira and chocolate cake mixes. ONLY WATER TO BE ADDED!

Ingredients:  Cherries, glucose, piping jelly and meringue powder (MeriWhite).

Fillings:  Vegetable based BellAir Top 'n Fill for filling and coating.

Additives:  Gums tragacanth and arabic.  Glycerine, glucose and confectioners glaze. Tylo powder (CMC).

Colours:  Liquid, powder and paste colours.  Magic Sparkles. Isopropyl alcohol in different sizes.

Marzipans: Odense natural 30/70, and Ingrams white30/70.

Sugarpaste (roll-on icing):  All colours in the Professional Regal Ice range.

Chocolate:  Belgian plain, milk and white couvertures; chips and modelling chocolate.

Bakers chocolate (chocolate flavoured coating):   Plain, blended and white.

Cake boards:  Drums (12mm), hardboard (4mm) all shapes and sizes and cut cards 60mm (2.5") to 254mm (10").

Cake boxes:  Standard white 6 inches deep in sizes from 6" to 20" (please note that 7" and 17" boxes are not made).

Edible decorations:  From wafers to exotic sugar flowers.  House of Sugar (made in Wales), and Gunthart (Germany) products 

Decorations:  Traditional and modern to suit every occasion.

Pillars and Separators:  Plastic and plaster-type pillars; many sizes and shapes.  Acrylic separators.  Plastic and wood dowels.

Ribbons - a fantastic selection of:  Paper tearing ribbons; single and double faced satins; organza/sheers; pull-bow in various widths and colours; printed ribbons for special birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and other occasions.  Widths vary from 1.5mm to 35mm.  Beading.

Traditional silver and gold banding:  For boards and cakes. Cake bands for Christmas.

Floral:  Silk and paper leaves and flowers.  Pearl sprays and gypsofila.

Sundries:  Baking parchment, waxed and greaseproof paper.  Tin liners.  Muffin, bun and sweet cases.

Cookie cutters:  Many shapes of cutters in metal and plastic.

Chocolate moulds:  For Easter, Christmas and other occasions, sweets, animals, novelties and figures.
